1095 Forms

The 2025 1095 tax forms have been completed. Please note that Huron School District no longer provides printed or electronic copies of Form 1095 to all employees as a standard practice. This change is because the form is not typically required when filing your tax return.

If you do need a copy of your 1095 form for filing your 2025 taxes, you can request one through email, phone, or mailed request. See information below.
